To get full access to an Onafriq App account for you and your business, registration is done in 2 parts:

  1. The Personal side, where we confirm your identity with:

  • Your first and last name

  • Your phone number, where you can receive a one-time pass code and important updates on your account.

  • Your email address, and we will send important updates here.

  • Photo of the front side of your valid National ID

  • Photo of the back side of your valid National ID

  • Selfie with you holding your valid National ID

2. The Business side, where you provide the:

  • Name of your business

  • Industry of your business

  • Address of your business

  • Original copy of Tax certificate issued by URA

  • Original copy of Registration/Incorporation/Trading license certificate

Your account will then be approved, typically within 2 business days. If there are any issues, we will let you know what changes need to be made.

With your verified business account, you can start using the Onafriq App without limits, as some features are limited to only verified businesses. Click here to learn more about how to verify your business.
